Uses : These are used to add colour to cheese, sauces, sweets, orange juice, spice mixtures, emulsified processed meats and egg yolks. Pepper can be used in tonic and is also used as a flavor ingredient in food products. In meat products it is used for curing and preserving. Has great culinary and pharmaceutical value.
